Live Shpongle

so, shpongle is gonna do a LiVE show...in London, in May!!!

i sooooooooo want to be there. actually, i want shpongle to tour. and play here, at the Commodore, in Vancouver, B.C. Pretty Pleeeze!!!

come on, do it!!! Pleeeeeeeeze, pleeeeeeeze, pleeeeeeeze....or geezuz, do i have to furthur go into debt to come all the way over there to see this epic rarity??? i want it baaaaadddd. oh well, now i let it go.

but it sure would be an excellent experience. xxx k

    But my vote is for Dear Lake Park in Burnaby or Malkin Bowl in Stanley Park

        outdoor gig,,,yeah...Malkin Bowl is closer to me, so i vote for that...

          and there will be new Hallucinogen in dub material......hmmm. Pipeworm in dub anyone? Stretch Tastic perhaps? I'm sure Shpongle will try again with the live show. I've seen Simon do enough Shpongle Djing to last me a while, and I am willing to fly across the pond to see them live, because you know that won't happen here in the states.

        simon is doing a shpongle dj set
        it is Hallucinogen In Dub that will be Live.
        Raja Ram isnt down with the live thing for whatever reason so instead they will focus on making another shpongle album

        the show is indeed going to be so epic that i am going to get my passport and look into finding a good deal on a flight over to the UK. what the fuck, i want to see this and who knows if/when this will even ever happen here in Vangroover. I am such a fan!!! I hope it all works out for me. i am praying for some pretty deep miracles to happen.....

          supposedly there aren't many places in the world that have the technical capabilties to support a shpongle Live show. For one, the drummer is Japanese and doesn't speak english. Simon has to mix up to 56 tracks live, and most venues are not sonically up to par for sound of such magnitude.

              i dunno. i am gonna get a passport. but seriously i am a hurtin unit fer $$$. maybe a miracle will happen. otherwise, i am totally fooling myself. so ya, have fun whoever goes. take lots of pictures. i will keep wishing/praying anyway.
